Can I purchase different variants of a model?

Some models come in different variations (alternative outfits, bases, etc.). Your base purchase includes a single variant of your choice. Additional variants can be purchased separately.

Are interchangeable parts (switch-outs) included?

Many designs feature interchangeable parts, such as alternative heads (with/without helmets, different expressions) or accessories (weapons, etc.). One additional swap-out part is included for free! Please communicate your selections in the order notes at checkout or via email immediately after placing your order. Any additional parts beyond the free inclusion can be purchased separately.

How long will it take to complete my painted model?

An estimated lead time for your painted model will be provided upon order placement. You will be given a target week for completion, and I will personally reach out to you when I begin painting your piece so you know it's on the desk!

Can I request a custom paint job or specific colors?

Yes! You are highly encouraged to share specific reference photos or request custom color schemes. This is a model personalized for YOU, and I will work closely with you to bring your piece to life exactly how you envision it.

How do you pack the models to ensure safe shipping?

Model pieces are individually wrapped and packed tightly in crush-proof boxes to prevent damage. This proven packing method ensures safe transit for both domestic and international orders. Furthermore, all models are shipped fully insured to protect us both from any unforeseen carrier issues.

Will I need to assemble the model when it arrives?

Painted models are shipped in subassemblies to ensure safe handling during transit and to minimize the assembly required upon receipt. Large-scale models are magnetized to make this process effortless. Where magnets cannot be installed, standard super glue (CA glue) will be required to permanently assemble the pieces.
