Refund policy
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Damage
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. You might be asked for proof of transport damage or defects before refunds or returns are processed.
Note:
Return items must be securely packaged to avoid damage. Once received item(s) will be inspected evaluated for refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization. After receiving the OK from us, ship the item back to the address provided in the Return email.
Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping & charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returns are inspected before refunds are issued. Broken or damaged returns will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty-one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
RelentlesStorm Models does not accept returns unless the incorrect sculpture is shipped. Exchanges are not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
RelentlesStorm Models will process free cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. Order cancellation is not available after 24 hours of order placement.
SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY
RelentlesStorm Models will review all claims made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims will be handled on a case by case basis and all efforts will be taken to ensure customer satisfaction. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
